Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Please allow this time for us to process your order.
Australia wide, $12 standard shipping. Free shipping on orders $200 and over.
International, $30 standard shipping. Estimated delivery between 5 - 25 business days, depending on your location
Please note that some International countries may charge government duties and charges, which unfortunately is out of our control, please check with your local government regarding fees.
RETURNS
Jan Koleksi accepts exchange and credit note on full priced items only.
Exchanges and credit notes are accepted on purchases within 14 days of dispatch.
Returns outside this period will not be accepted. Items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed. All items must have swing tags attached and in its original packaging
We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange or credit note minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email.
